RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The Company’s Policy on changes/amendments, refunds and cancellations is that the Member who originally booked for the event should contact the Worshipful Company of Water Conservators Clerk (firstname.lastname@example.org) advising any changes no later than 10 days prior to the event. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate changes these cannot be guaranteed, any notice of cancellation for any event any later than 10 days prior to the event will result in loss of payment.
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired, we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to action all refunds within 14 working days of cancellation request. And it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.
The Company reserves the right to refund ticket purchase monies to any Member of the Company in the event that at the time that such Member pays such sum to the Company all the tickets for the relevant event have already been allocated.
